Sperry Van Ness/Paul McInnis Incorporated sells 18,000 sq.ft. office building for $1.95 million

Georgetown Sand & Gravel purchases North Hampton, New Hampshire office building.

Paul McInnis of Sperry Van Ness/Paul McInnis Incorporated has completed the sale of Drake Hill Commons to Georgetown Sand and Gravel for $1.95 million. The one building, 18,000 sq.ft. multi-tenant office complex is located on eight acres at 155 Lafayette Road.

McInnis represented the seller, Drake Hill Commons, Inc. The buyer was represented by Nicholas Orlov of The Orlov Company, Inc.

Originally built in 2000, Drake Hill Commons is 63% leased. It features eight Class A suites ranging from 800 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft. The property is located one hour north of Boston and fifteen minutes south of Portsmouth.
