Nabholz Properties in Conway, representing the seller, are responsible for the auction. Sealed bid terms are, $5000 certified funds with each bid, 30 day closing with a ten percent buyer?s premium added to the final bid. Bid packages are available for download at www.gilmoreauction.com.
