The foundation of Sperry Van Ness International and Sperry Van Ness Auctions is to work with the entire brokerage community and have a core covenant to cooperate with ALL brokers and provide equitable compensation for either their listing a property with us for auction OR for representing a successful buyer at one of our auctions.

How do I register & represent a buyer?
Answer:
The process for representing a buyer for one of our auctions is easily accomplished with using the broker registration form listed in the document vault for a particular auction. You simply fill in and complete the registration and have your client acknowledge you as their buy side broker and submit to us prior to the auction according to the terms of sale.

Can I refer a property to you for an auction?
Answer:
Yes. We welcome referrals from brokers and include you in the process by offering either a referral fee or a listing fee should you elect to become the designated headquarter broker for the initiative and accept the assignment of responsibilities and duties.

Can my client submit an offer prior to the auction?
Answer:
Yes. All pre sale offers are encouraged and submitted on the form asset purchase and sale agreement located in the document vault for a particular auction event. Each offer is reviewed for compliance with the terms of the offering and provided to the Seller for their review and consideration.

Can I bid for my client at the auction?
Answer:
Yes, provided you have a power of attorney form fully executed prior to the auction. Approved forms are provided to you for your convenience and review.
