Our firm purchased a luxury high-rise condominium project in Daphne, Alabama which had previously been auctioned unsuccessfully by a leading national auction company. After making a number of changes to the condominiums, we decided to accelerate the sales effort using the auction marketing program. The auction on October 14 was a success. We achieved what we targeted in net proceeds, which was in line with your pre-auction estimate.
