Paul McInnis serves as a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness' Accelerated Marketing Division, and is a licensed Auctioneer and Broker in multiple states. McInnis has over 28 years of experience in selling all types of real estate at Open Cry and Sealed Bid auctions from single properties to multiple property events. Past events include office, industrial, commercial, resort, hospitality, condominium, and subdivision projects, as well as high-end residential properties.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, McInnis served as owner and president of Paul McInnis Inc. where he has received 38 awards for advertising excellence through the National Auctioneers Association.

McInnis holds two designations awarded by the Auction Marketing Institute. One is the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation and the other is the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) designation. He is past Director of the National Auctioneers Association and served on the Board of Governors of the Auction Marketing Institute. McInnis has also served as a seminar instructor at national and state association meetings across the country. McInnis is also a member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and Rotary International.
