Don Erler serves as a Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness’ Accelerated Marketing Division, and is a licensed fulltime Auctioneer and Broker in Kentucky and Indiana, specializing in real estate auctions and the sale of investment property nationwide. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, he was awarded the prestigious Sperry Van Ness' Achievers Award his first year with the firm.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness-Ward Commercial Group, Erler served as a broker/auctioneer with RE/MAX Commercial in Louisville, Kentucky. While there, he was the Top Commercial Regional Agent in 1994 and 2001; a 10-year member of the 100% Club; two-year member of the Platinum Club; and earned the Hall of Fame designation in 2000.

Erler received a Juris Doctor from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 1976. He earned a bachelor's degree from Brown University in 1968.
